How I Started:
In high school I used to love working out in the weight room with the guys! I was the only girl on our high school baseball team (2nd base-woman), and would love to do crunches and push-ups at home!
Further down the road a few years later...while living in Las Vegas, my best friend Steph,(who has a gorgeous body) inspired me to workout with her and thus began a love/routine for lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
How fast transformations occur, and the feeling I get when I feel fit and healthy! It is so energizing!
How I Stay Motivated:
My subscription to Oxygen magazine keeps me motivated as well as my friend Steph! Also, the regret I get if I miss a few days in the gym since my attitude totally turns to bummer mode.
BB Accomplishments:
None at this time, I ultimately want to someday have transformed my body enough to compete in a figure competition. But, overall I just want to enjoy my body and health as long as I can!
I would love to get the lean and super toned body I know I could have. I want to compete in a figure competition next year and possibly get into fitness modeling. I will only be in my 20's once, and I feel like I would be doing myself a disservice if I neglect what I know I can become! I don't want to look back on my life and wonder what it would have been like if I lived up to all of my potential. I wanna prove to myself I'm capable.
Hi Hon! Two main things to start leaning up: Cardio in the am on an empty stomach, and cutting out complex carbs after 4:00. If you can't resist that occasional random birthday cake or desert (and who can :), eat it early in the day!
