I’ve always been active-ran track from grade school until high school, played volleyball, and I was a cheerleader for many years. I didn’t start serious weight training until about three and a half years ago. I went to my first Bodybuilding show and saw Figure and decided right then and there that I wanted to compete…so I started training.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it celebrates woman with a little muscle! Figure bodies are strong and athletic, yet still soft and feminine.
How I Stay Motivated:
I focus on the big picture. I remember that every decision I make today will affect me in some way down the line. Plus, I have a very supportive husband so he helps keep me motivated ?
BB Accomplishments:
Earning my Pro card in two shows and being invited to the 2008 Arnold Classic.

Goal (Long):
Work together with my team at BodyWell Nutrition to promote our products. I’d also like to have an instrumental part in the development of the Tight Curves product line. Another main goal is to continue to provide inspiration to others. One of the most rewarding things about what I do (and I really mean this!) is when I help to inspire someone else.
I love the fitness industry and definitely want to stay in it for a long time. In addition to continuing to be the spokesperson for Tight Curves, I’d like to write a book, make some fitness informational videos, and have a family ?

I was set to compete, and then I got a virus at work (Immigration) and was sick for 2 weeks UGH! But back now and we will see. I've had offers to do a few other things, so I'm gonna get get competition shape and go from there. Whats next for you?
