Background

When I Started: Dec 2003
HOW I STARTED:

Its full workout season, Its full steam ahead. Lets hope to it:).

WHY I LOVE IT:

It keeps me on the right track. Also to help my wife out. Ive got to be in shape sometimes to lift her wheel chair into the trunk one handed when its raining.

My wife keeps me Motivated a great deal.I now have my wife working out with me.All though she is in a wheel chair she is staying in awesome shape. I am happy for her:). She is working out with 225 pounds believe it or not.:)

Summer

Well hello all, I hope everyone is having a great summer. I admit Ive been lazy because we've had heat into the 100's or better. I work out in the heat all day long and then No air in our car eeeeeerrrrrrrrr!!!!! It can be bad at times. So maybe after the heat breaks I will start working out again. Until then I am on Vacation.:) So you all be good or be good at it:).

Well hello all. Ive been training again ever since may, I 've quick using tabacco. I havea lot more energy. Ive been using in the gym more. Its like now I cant wait to drop  my wife off and head to the gym. I still use the tread mill and the stairs master, Then mix every thing up. Then after about 4 hours Iam beet, I was on meds to help me quit, I use that to help me with my gym training. SO now Iam back to  burning 2,500 cals. a week plus. Well I hope every ones summer will go great. You all be good or be good at it. later. Kriss.

Well its the new year and this is my new saying. Lets get Thin in 2010:) Do to my injury I had before Thanksgiving it felt great to workout. I only maxed out at 225,but thats because I dont want to get hurt again. Iam starting over on the weights again,but whats new on that part. It seems when I hit a high wieght that something messes up. So my limit is not maxing out this year but doing more of a workout. Well I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year.
