Background
i was a pretty skinny kid when i was 17 and i just wanted to get bigger so i started lifting and it just took off from there
it's a great sport where you have to be tough, both mentally and physically and at the end of the day whether you place 1st or last, no one but you can do the work! It also gives you the work ethic that you can apply to other parts of your life as well!

Day 1 - Arms
Day 2 - Shoulders and Calves
Day 3 - OFF
day 4 - Back and Biceps
Day 5 - Calves, Chest and Triceps
Day 6 - Quads, Hamstrings and Abs
Abs are usally done on and off during the off season but are done 3-4 times a week pre contest.
cardio is usally about 20 mins 2-3 times a week but done 6 times a week pre contest
