supermanalive Just wanted to stop by and wish everyone luck. I posted a good dessert on the thread for those looking for healthy choices. I would suggest mentoring someone from flew magazine, reps, or muscle and fitness and posting up pictures of what you want your end result to look like. It is helping me out. Keep up the hard work! Captain Ahab To achieve your goal eat 5 to 6 small, high protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day (that includes protein shakes), lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week. Continue that for a min. of 12 weeks and you will soon see the bodyfat shrinking and your body transforming. If I can be of any assistance feel free to give me a yell.
