I've been working out and working out and still no sign of gaining any muscle mass. What should I do? I would like to be atleast 170 by the end of June but I don't think thats going to happen. I need some way to gain weight. Hey if you have any thing to say just tell me please, desperate here.
I'm a bit shorter, but had the same goal of adding muscle. I was sick and dropped to <130lbs last summer. Now I'm up to ~165 and climbing. I'm natural (meaning no steroids), I only take Creatine and Protein (an ass ton)! Good luck, maybe I'll see you round Williamsburg
Hi Kris. If you really want to gain 32lbs of muscle, lay out your workout program for me. I'll critique it honestly, and suggest improverments. You should have gained LOTS of muscle in the last year, otherwise you're doin it wrong. If an old dinosaur like me(used to be 130lbs) can do it, so can you.
Hit the freeweights, and take your time. You've got that teenager metabolism right now and that's a good thing. Just do it right and you'll be GTG. Keep it up.
Hi Kris. You want to be big and make quick gains in that direction. Have the courage to do something counter-intuitive. Forget size and concentrate on getting stronger in certain massive lifts. That'll boost good hormones and appetite. And that will drive size as well as strength thru' the roof. Have faith in yourself and forget what almost everyone else is doing.
Thanks for the add Kris. You've got an early start, stay with it and there is no limit to what you can do. Good luck.

hey man whats up, you should hit some of those freeweights other than that bowflex,i mean the bowflex is good but freeweights are better, best of luck. we share similar goals im 6'3 175 lookin to put on some mass this summer, will probably start after tennis is over.
Thanks for the add Kris. The best advice I can give you is to eat clean (no junk food), train hard and regularly (don't skip workouts), and most importantly: BE PATIENT! Muscle building takes time. You will get there if you set your mind and heart to be dedicated, determined and disciplined! Good luck and God bless. Be the example for others to follow at your age!
sure what kind of workout are you doing and what kind of food are you eating if your looking to get bigger you need to take in a lot of calories along with a good workout. and by the way thanks for your comment.
