Started going to a gym in high school and have been hooked ever since.

Do you ever feel like there are to many options in life, to many decisons to make?
I know i sure do! The older I get it seems the more decisions I have to make about my life and where i want it to go. Although lately it doesnt seem like I'm making alot of decisions, im kinda just doing...
yea my meal plan is a typical bodybuilders '. Lots of lean meats (chicken breast, lean beef, fish), quality carbs (rice, oatmeal...) and then supplement with a couple of protein shakes throughout tha day...im sure ur diet is pretty similar?
