Well the year always seems to start rough....Glad your at least busy. I my self have had the same bumpy ride to start with family stuff and work....but I've been in the gym 4-5 times a week. I was thinking of adding in a cardio day on Saturday though. Keep pushing hard and being inspiring! :)
