How I Started:
I've always been athletic and with that i can change my body relatively quickly and took that for granted and started eating badly half the time then the results lacked so i went to the other extreme and didn't eat for weeks n loss a lot of muscle mass. And now I'm ready to get back to the muscular me.
Why I Love It:
It helps me sleep lol. And it feels great when i see that little slab of flab disappear. I love the feeling i get after a few hrs in the gym getting all my workouts done it feels like I've left all the crap from my day there and i feel my best.
How I Stay Motivated:
By taking my body to the limit and seeing my progress and every little positive change of my physique.
Also seeing pictures of people who are twice and 3 times my age with phenomenal physical fitness who've taken their bodies where i intend to take mine.
Hello Ms. KJ, how have you been? I am doing alright, I changed my workout so I could have more recovery time--it is hard when you get old(lol) I hope you are feeling better, I read that you got sick--you make sure to take care of yourself. lol...u sound like me with the sleeping thing! i wrote a blog about some of my side effects with my thyroid meds...if u'd take a look and let me know if any are the same as what u went thru i'd really appreciate it! and when they went away or how long it took u to get to normal levels!
TRAINING IS going good.. starting to do more cardio im 12% body fat now i wanna to get down the single digits by the summer. Its gonna happen, just gotta eliminate alot of crap from my diet!
As long as you are on it it's all that matters. My diet is great. It was the missing piece of the puzzle. :) I just have to keep pushing myself now and everything will keep falling into place.
