so this week....was bad, i hurt my shoulder, pretty bad, how i have NO IDEA....everyone says sleep..but i couldnt even lift my arm....for DAYS..so who knows...sso that put me in a bad mood since i couldnt workout, and so i started eating crap lol and ya....anyways today is another day.....back on track i get....hopefully

so, the past month has been horrible, i haven't been going to the gym & barely eating, and when i did, it wasn't anything good!, due to personal reasons, then i got my motivation back, and THEN got into a car accident a couple weeks ago...soo..this is the result....yuck :(
oh, ya, and im supposed to run a 10k on Sunday, not happening (due to the above scenario)...i feel like a huge failure, and it sucks!
