How I Started:
I started in high school football and continued on into my military career. Eventually, the daily grind of life pushed working out to the side. Now I am back at it to reclaim what's mine
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results of hard work and it keeps me level headed
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results. I want for a lady to want to explore and enjoy it. Ladies love a great body, how can I not stay motivated

I would like to weigh 190 and 10% body fat. I want the 8 pack that I have been trying to get since I was 20.I will flat bench 325 by my birthday.(August 1,) I want to have the body that is just as mesmerizing as the bodies of the women who I consider attractive.

hey man hope that abb work out goes well and looking at your products you really dont need those if you dont want to use them and i was looking at your numbers pretty good we need to get those numbers up past mine :) lol so whats your height and weight and bodyfat and ill see what all we can do
