Quads are looking good, how's the training going. Still pushing on? Keep it up, you're inspiring others and that's a great thing.

it's going well. Tons of hard work, but def worth the effort. I have a son, as you have a little one, so you know the challenges that go with that. My best to you, you're a true inspiration and in your pics you can tell, much happier than before. I have chatted with Steve off/on...seems like a great guy. Kevin

yeah it sounded great. I love it when someone comes in and basically says "Enough already!" and it sounds like she did. That's great for Yahoo, like I said I've always been a fan, and I'd like them to do great things. Google's overrated!! LOL, (G)

Hey Sasha...Bartz shook things up at Yahoo yesterday didn't she! I've always liked Yahoo and would like to see where you go next. I am an IT guy when I am not working out. Kevin

No problem. Do you do lighter weights, more reps, or stay moderate? Just curious, I was lifting heavier, but being 5'4" it didn't work for me, so I am going lighter more reps. Just wondered how you did it, great muscle tone.

Good to see you in the store today dude. Good luck with the g/f thing. That's the whole reason I had to get back into working out. My ex knew how to cook! Anyway, keep up the good work, keep in touch, and sometime we'll have to jam a workout! Take care.

Yeah he sounds like he knows his stuff. His recipe for those healthy meatballs was great, I had never thought of making them with oats, tell him thanks for me. Have a good weekend Sarah! Keep at it. Kevin

Awesome, that's great you're still sticking to it. Is Kris a tough trainer? sometimes that's the best trainer to have.

yeah that's true, but I guess you can also be thankful that if all you have to do is take prescrip med and it works, then that is better than having something that could be worse I guess, but like you said you are young enough. You feeling good otherwise? Still doing the workouts?

Hey man, thanks for the recipe on the Swedish Meatballs. Never would have thought of that. I am assuming ground turkey works just as well?? Thanks again for the video series, some great info. Kevin
