I've got a baby shower that day so I won't make it. I'm interested in competing for the INBF though - I went to that show this past Saturday in Lincoln Center

Thanks! I'm doing very well. Went to my first fitness show (as a spectator). Amazing, inspiring and intimidating. Got a lot of work ahead, but I'm so ready for it. How are you?

Hi Thomas! I'm sure you're swamped, yet you manage so well to keep yourself looking darn good! Things are going well here. I'm attending my first competition in a couple weeks (as a spectator only) and will sign up shortly after for one myself. Training's going great now that I've got a training partner and seeing results (i'll post pics asap). Be well and hope to talk soon

Progress is really coming along! I've found an awesome workout partner and have been training with her 5-6 days/weekly and really cleaning up the diet! How are you?

Thanks for all your sweet remarks on the pictures - I just saw them. It's great motivation that others see the results of clean eating and torturous workouts :) Can't wait to see those progress photos. I'll have some in early Oct

awe, thanks so much for the sweet compliments. Funny enough, I use Proactive - it really does work wonders! Plus, I get monthly microdermabrasion and facials.

i cook up a storm every week. I only eat it once when I make it and never again - no left overs for me. It's back to baked salmon. This weekend, I'm making roasted shrimp and orzo - it's one of my favorites. How are you?

Hey!! Weekend was fantastic - my friend cancelled on me for brunch on Sunday at Rosa Mexicano's, which probably was a good thing and I ended up hanging out at the Bronx Zoo. I haven't been there since I was 8! How was your weekend?

btw, I surpassed my single leg hamstring curl goal of 100 by Aug...I was able to do 8 reps of 110 yesterday :)
