How I Started:
I have always been into fitness - I was a gymnast for 13 years, but I immediately began putting on weight when I stopped. Finally, I just didn't like what was staring back at me when I looked in the mirror.
Why I Love It:

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I did not incorporate healthy eating. I felt that since I was working out so hard, I didn't need to watch my diet as closely. I've come to realize that working out is not necessarily the hard part...it's monitoring what you eat once you leave the gym.I did not incorporate healthy eating. how are your workout going? just got back in the gym after a month off doc orders for a seizure. Have been workout for 2 weeks and love the results and never thought it would feel so good to be sore the next day
