How I Started:
I always worked out and trained for all different types of races such triathlons but when I started lifting weights and saw my body transform I became addicted
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a rough workout and I love to watch my body change.Training is a way life for me.

Running is my favorite but right now my trainers says I can not run because I loose the muscles in legs. Stair mill hate it but that thing makes you sweat!!! precor and treadmill on a incline
This week has been amazing! I had some amazing workouts and I feel great. My training Kqool from NY has been guiding me online and it has been great. I feel great and I see some great changes. I think it might be time for some midway pictures to me getting where I want to be at the end of...
