Goal (Long):
Ever sence i started excersising, and improving there is more to acomplish. Overall i want to be at a point to were i can look in the mirror and say, im happy were im at and i can seriously believe i have made a huge impact on myself with all the hardwork i have done. i am a project in the making, and i have only just started. I have so much more knowledge to attain and i cant wait to fail, so i can learn. I want to gain size all around and really focuse on deffinition on the way. I will keep hurdling the obstacals on the way to this seeming like a never ending finish line.

How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
