Congrats on the weight loss. Your body-fat goal is a good one. I crossed into single digits just today after bulking to 13% in January. I can look in the mirror without cringing when I'm in single digits. Don't give up.
Thanks for the add. For my diet, i just stay disciplined and motivated. Once i started seeing results i became so much more motivated. Good luck with your goals
Sweeet. No I was going to until I had to have emergency tooth surgery yesterday. I had to drive 2 hours one way to the east coast of England to see a dentist. Got to love the national health system. Could have gone to leeds about 20 mins away, but they are in a different conty. I am hoping to start this week.
I bet it was hard. I think I may try it. On day I am off of course. Would hate to be a hungry crumpy guy at work. LOL
Send me the info when you get home. How much weight have you lost now?
