Had a great week last week, got all my workouts in and followed my diet pretty closely until the weekend which for me is usual. Though i usually train Monday thru Thursday, i pushed my Thursday workout to Saturday and i enjoyed seeing some people i never see becuase of my normal...

Workout Program:
Ussually 4 or 5 days a week.

Mon: Chest, Abs.
Tue: Legs, Calves
Wed: Back, Abs.
Thu: Bis, Tris, Forearms.
Sat: Shoulders,Calves, Abs.

Some weeks, i'll do tri's with chest and bi's with back, which makes sure i get everything in during the week.
It's not always easy getting to the gym...
