Yeah mate, I started my bulk last monday. Uped my cals from 2500 to 3000 for last week. Upping them to 3250 this week, then to 2500 the next week, then to 3750, then to 4000. Will bulk at 4000 I think. Had a week off training after the competition. So happy to be back in to it again.

Thanks a lot dude, much appreciated. Liking the NO syntesize, great little recovery drink IMO. I'm getting better results drinking it 15 minutes post workout, then having a meal an hour later than I did when I drank a protein/carb shake post workout, and eating after that. Recovering better, and still making gains.

Youre ripped to shreds dude. Very impressive that you can maintain such a low BF %, and low subcutaneous level of water. You'r skin looks paper thin, and yet you're still vascular. I'm jealous dude. I'm lucky if I can maintain that for more than a couple of days around competition time. Keep pumpin bro.

Your posts in the MEN#8 thread have provided me with ideas for meals during my cut and contest prep, even during the final week when I had to cut soidum intake. In turn this has kept me from going insane with cravings for flavor. lol. Kudos.

There ya go brah. I mix it up though, I like to use the rope on these, as well as the EZbar attachment to do the extension with differnt angles of grip.

I have a seperate day for arms as I do for every body part (Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders). I do 3 exercises for bis, and 3 for tris, and finish off with a few supersets. I do something different everytime. My favorites For Bis are Alternatind dumbell curls, dumbell hammer curls, preacher curls, and most variations of cable curls. For Tris I like close grip bench, dips, suicide curls/skull crushers, and cable overhead pull overs.

I train legs once a week. Typical day is;
Squats: 5 Sets Pyramiding 12, 12, 10, 10, 8
Leg Press: 5 Sets Pyramiding 14, 14, 12, 12, 10
Leg Extension: 3 sets High Reps 14, 14, 14. Finish with 2 drop sets of 6, 8, 10.
Straight Legged Deadlifts: 5 Sets Pyramiding 14, 14, 12, 12, 10
Ham String Curls superset with Lunges: 3 - 4 sets of 12 & 12, or 14 & 14 (depending how I feel.
Then I finish with some calf raises.
