I had no idea I had gotten this mushy. I have ALOT of work to do!
I've lost a few pounds since I started the ketosis diet. I have more definition in my arms and I've lost some of the fat off my stomach, hips, and back
I want to lose fat while preserving my existing muscle.
Goal (Long):
I've been an athletic, active person all my life, but I've picked up some bad habits (eating junk, not working out as often as I should, drinking, etc....) over the years. I want to be leaner (15-18% bf) and healthier overall.
Also, I had surgery on my right knee 2 years ago and my legs are weak and scrawny. I'd like to build up the muscles in my quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.
My arms and shoulders have always been a problem area for me---they are very hard for me to tone. I want definition in my arms!!!!
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Designer Whey Vanilla Prailine Protein Shake, Glutamine, Glucosamine

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I tell some people....mainly good friends and family. A lot of people don't understand what I'm doing or why I'm doing it (friends who don't exercise or eat right), so I typically don't discuss it with them.I tell some people....mainly good friends and family. It's been a little while since I posted anything, so I figured I would update some stuff!
After 2 months of working out and eating clean, I wasn't losing as much fat as I wanted, so I switched to a ketosis diet (high protein and healthy fat, very low carb) to jump start my fat loss. (I...

Keep it up lookin sooo good and your right there.
Hey, my training is going pretty well! I've been training really hard for a strongman competition that's coming up. I've never done one before, I've done a lot of powerlifting and weightlifting ones, so this is a change. What all are you doing in your training these days?

Wow thats like filling out an credit application just to leave you a comment.LOL!Cant wait to see the progress. I have been body building for several years now.Alittle time off inbetween.
Even though you do not look like you have all that much to lose I suggest you look at the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 & I lost 50 lb’s going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12-weeks with the BFL program. It isn’t super easy nor so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. By committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort. Feel free to give either of us a yell.
