I look up a recipe that tastes like balls online until I find someone else's solution that sounds better.

Here's my current routine. It's a basic push-pull routine.
PUSH DAY:
Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Tribar (French Curls with figure-8 bar)
Squats
PULL DAY:
Deadlifts
Rows
Curls
I aim for around 8-10 reps.
Healthy Foods:
My oats, whey, peanut butter, banana, milk smoothie thing.
tuna & grated carrot with olive oil.
