I've let myself go for the last 6 weeks and I feel like shit. I look like shit. I'm sick of it. It's time I dragged myself out of this and improved.

Here's my current routine. It's a basic push-pull routine.
PUSH DAY:
Bench Press
Inclined Bench Press
Shoulder Press
Flys
Squats
PULL DAY:
Deadlifts
Rows
Curls
Side Raises
Tribar (French Curls with figure-8 bar)
I aim for around 3 sets, 6-8 reps.
Healthy Foods:
My oats, whey, banana milk smoothie thing.
tuna & carrot mayo in pitta breads.
