Started from football in high school. Stopped working out Senior year due to senioritis lol. Got fat, nearly obese. Didn't wanna look like crap for my girl especially. So I just got my ass to the gym, and the ball started rolling uncontrollably.
Why I Love It:
I just wanna be a freak. not a "buff" beach boy.. A FREAK of nature. When i walk past ppl anywhere I go, I want them to give me that wierd look like "o.O wtf"... And then right when I walk past em... I go.... RAAAHH!!!! And they run for their damn lives like a freaks about to eat them. Yeah.. That kind of freak.. lol!
I believe that Holistic health starts with the physical health: Proper physical health leads to proper mental health, which leads to social and emotional health, which then leads to spiritual health.
People may not understand or accept it, but they don't have to. I've learned that bodybuildings only for the strong willed and dedicated. Anyone short of that can go home.
How I Stay Motivated:
My girlfriend. I'm the animal and shes my tamer.
Magazines.
As soon as I saw gains, the ball began rolling and rolling. And I'm never satisfied. Never will be so I keep pushing.
BB Accomplishments:
Every day. Every meal. Every set. Every rep. Every drop of sweat. Every pump of blood. Every rip of a muscle fiber. I accomplish more than I've ever had. I ain't in it for the fame or glory. I'm in it for me.

Goal (Long):
When I was younger in middle school and high school I was considered pretty fat, even obese in middle school. I was teased a lot, was called many names: fatass, fatty, chubby, pork chops (LOL), titties, etcetcetc.. and I guess it scarred me as it does with many other people. Now, as I'm aiming to be a lifelong bodybuilder, when I see people from my past, I want to let them know that I'm a changed man cus you can tell a lot about a person with his physical appearance. I don't want to be crazy ripped with 20 pack abs or nothing like that. My goal is to be huge and bulky like trey brewer when he's on season, not off, if you know what I mean lol.. Not only do I want the size, but I want a great amount of strength as well as speed and endurance and that's what I hope to achieve as well thru MMA/Jiu-Jitsu. Thru bodybuilding I wish to gain a lot of people's respect. I want to be a role model for kids and adults, to keep healthy and strong. I want to look real good for my girl so other guys don't think they can just be jockin on her. I want to intimidate fake wannabe fob gangsters who think they can walk all over people like me and own America (personal hatred). I don't think I would ever be in any competition however, since I don't use any steroids whatsoever. I keep it all natural as everyone else should! But in the end I want to look good, which will make me feel good, which will make me perform good throughout life. I want to feel like I'm on top of at least one thing in life, first would be loving God and second would be bodybuilding. I'm striving to get the perfect body I want in 2 years of hard work. Overall, this is what I love doing, my passion, and I will continue to do it thruout my whole life, til God takes me to my real home!
A man who see's his goals, knows where he wants to go, n goes after it. No what if's, buts, or excuses. Just pure passion n dedication. He just can't wait to step into that gym again! Keep it up bro, dont ever let that fire die out man. By this rate you'll become a huge success in what u do, n that inspires me to train hard as well! Plus he's my korean brotha haha!
Her progress is simply amazing. Plus her motivation, dedication, n discipline is up the roof! Living in UC is hard enough to stay on top of things, but she's even kicking off her smoking habits which is even crazier! She's all about positive psychology and that's what inspires me the most. Lookin real good girl, n makin us korean peeps look good as well :) keep it up!!!
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The gym is the only place to get me motivated and excited to work my ass off. I really cant stay motivated if I'm working out at home. I don't know why, but probably because of the environment and people. Plus, I have access to tons of weights, machines, equipment, etc to get me going with everything that I need!! I can't afford thousands of dollars worth of home gym equipment.. It's plain and simple, the gym is where you need to be to workout! However the cons are the annoying people who don't workout and dirtiness of people who dont wipe their sweat off equipment and benches..The gym is the only place to get me motivated and excited to work my ass off. What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
The environment, cleanliness, size, and amount of equipment! ANything that gets you motivated and say Hm, I can definitely make a change here..

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use a workout log. List every workout with reps and how much weight i use, how much i increase in weight, etc. It really helps me keep track of the weight I'm using. So earlier this year, I kinda sprained my left wrist handling weights wrongly, kinda twisted it in a wrong angle and i felt a sharp pain... Hoping that it would go away (like previous injuries) I let it go and just continued on my journey in bb.. However the pain...
omg dude... i got some serious venting to do about my partner. I think I need to either go alone or find another partner or something. Regardless, my leg workout was high volume but I didnt hit my goals today.
i wanna take a kickboxing class after i get m knee fixed. it's hard to do cardio when the repetition of leg movement kills my knee :( wahhhh
right now ive just been doing lots of ab work and arms and shoulders. the gym in my apt here suckkksss. there are two treadmills, two ellipticals, one cable machine and a dumbbells..... so i just stick with dumbbells and the cable. i hate ellipticals.. so useless. at least there's a bench.. cant wait to get home!
yepp i was at state for a semester then i was gonna start at aau in spring but.... no mores :( oh well haha. i wanna get associates degree to be a paramedic. theres a 2year program at the community college by my house. so then i can study other stuff while making some money :)
im feelin good about the move tho. im gonna miss the city but nothing beats home :)
annd omg. you have no idea... the past week i cannot shut up about working out. it's all my brother ever talks about and now i see why. feels so effing good... today after i finished my workout i was about to leave and i checkd my calves in the mirror and DAYUUMMNN i missed those babies.got a long way to go tho! i think im freaking my bf out cause he's the one that told me to check out bb and now im way into it and hes like "youre always reading bb..." HAHAHA and i AM......
moving back home. sf is expensive and va is FREE LOLS. hahahahahahaha. so..... yahkno. the economy is harshh man. and cali has the worst ever. seriously. arnold should def have stuck with body building and NOT tried to rule hollywood. LOL.

Sounds good! Yeah, just go consistently and you'll get the results that you want. As for me, I haven't worked out for 2 days for inmentionable, valid reasons. I can't wait to get back on track. I've been pretty much tied up with financial obligations but after that I will get back at u with the weights. =)
