How I Started:
After realising that my freshman 15, sophomore 10, junior 5 and senior 5 wasn't going away on its own... I decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out now because it makes me feel good knowing that the longer I stick to it and the better shape I get in...places me in an increasingly smaller group of people in the world that stick to their goals of getting in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated knowing that I want to see my abs, and knowing that since I love women with nice toned bodies, it would be unfair of me to expect girls to be in shape when im here with a keg belly and double chin ;-).
BB Accomplishments:
So far my accomplishment have been a decrease from 217lbs to 187lbs in time for my graduation last may
I dont know about you but ever since I've made it a point to hit the gym and get in better shape I've been getting a lot of advice from people on what exercises I should do and what I should eat...whether I asked for it or not. But I know I dont know everything, so I appreciate good...
