I was almost 19, the eve of my birthday. I didn't like the way things were going in my life. I'm a recovered/Recovering Agoraphobia and Panic Attack sufferer, And as such I didn't get out much at all. Now I'm able to leave, and go into public and see my family. everything a normal person can, Almost... I still get a little freaked every now and then but that will go away soon I hope. Anyway, I look at life differently, and When i looked into the mirror.. I realized I was bigger when i was 16 then what I am now. So, I got to work. First thing I did was sign up for a sixpacknow website(not knowing this site offers everything that one does 50$ cheaper.) They pointed me in the right direction. I got my foods all sorted out, bought weights and a jump rope ( 10 minutes of HIIT on that thing KILLS ME!). I decided I'd document my progress from the day AFTER Friday the 13th, when i Will start. This will be, My summer transformation.
Why I Love It:
Who Doesn't love muscles! Plus, the energy and clear mind set is just all to good for me to pass up.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror everyday and think how I let 2 years of my life pass me by.

Drop down to a decent looking BodyFat percentage for Summer, and Bulk up 15-20 Lbs. starting late July / Early August.
Goal (Long):
I would like to get back under 8% BodyFat, but with quite a bit more muscle. My family has the build to be big, and I would love to take advantage of it.
hmm not sure what a riptoe regime is. Basically im on high protien low carb diet. Well trying low carb but im eating too much bread.. :s Everything i eat is healthy though. Im lifting 4 times a week. Only do squats and deads once every two weeks as they leave me virtualy crippled lol. I cycle everyday so need my legs.. Do judo once a week to. On fridays go raving.. so its like 4 hours medium intensity cardio.. whats the riptoe thing about?
Ye 7'5 would be fine. Just want it low for max definition. Oh the first month i was just using a pair of 5kg dumbells with no idea what i was doing lol.. Lifting everyday on the same muscles...
yea when you bulk you will inevtiably gain some bodyfat also its part of the game then the goal is to cut the fat while maintaining the newly acquired muscle.
Hey, cool bro! You're the first person to give me feedback on the progress pics! I appreciate it. It's a subtle difference, but I'll take it. I think in another week or two I'll have more tangible results. Glad you got some progress pics started...it's motivational.
