Hey, my friend, I was thinking about you and the others who are serving our country on the day we celebrate our independence. I’ve said it before, but it cant be said too often: I’m over the top grateful for you and what you are doing for me, my family and our country. Before I had my coffee this morning, I said a prayer for you, your family, and your safety and success. Stay well.

I liked Germany a lot, can't say the same for the unit I was with. I'm as 92A. I haven't used the animal stack for a while, but I got moderate results from it while i was in Iraq.

Really think animal is good, definetly working hard in the gym...can mess a bit with your stomach though.
Also use Cyclone from maximuscle, best protein/creatine shake I've had. You using any supps? How's the training going?
Off to a great start, Cody. I want to say thank you for your sacrifice and service to our country. You are among those who are our true American heroes. I'm anxious to see you complete your transformation and achieve all your goals.
