How I Started:
Growing up as a fat kid I needed something to do that would better myself mentally and physically.
Why I Love It:
Honestly I don't know... its like a release from everything else. Its mine and to have a good workout is just the best feeling its really hard to describe.
How I Stay Motivated:
Like I said earlier its just something you cant describe that keeps you there and just that rush and sense of doing it just keeps me coming back.
BB Accomplishments:
I still feel that I've missed a lot of key things in my training and diet and I hope to fix them. Being in Japan with out a serious workout partner has slowed me down but there is still much I'd like to accomplish. I dont really feel that there's been anything major yet that I've done.

Just me standing all of the "yellow tank" shots were on arms day so they should have a bit more of a pump. Again weight was around 104 ~ 106kg low to mid 20's in bodyfat
Not much of a pose just me from the side with my shirt off... I really need someone to take pics for me hahahaha
Like most body builders I have strong points and weak points and I'd like to erase as many of those negatives as possible and bring up some of my weaker areas.
I really need to hit my tris, quads, calves and forearms. my traps need work but they are coming along so I'm not super worried about that.
What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
People that dont really do any training... because they are a waste of gym space.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Whatever I came into the gym with. usually slacks and a t-shirt. Because its comfortable and I dont see the point in 'training wear' as its said over here..
