What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I think I like the most are: alternate dumbell biceps curls, hammer curls, barbell curls and preacher curls. All work well for me. Start with light weights with more reps or until failure.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Skull crusher. The best you feel tightness. Try with light weights and high reps. It does work for me. I love it so much I start to do it at least twice a week.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Standing calves raises work well for if you can handle heavy weights. I like this exercise 100%. You should try this out.
