!TrainHarder! Hey man, I've never really done much if any direct ab work. Though doing mostly compound movements and some olympic lifting my abs did get hit. I haven't trained(and eaten like I am training) at all in 7 months and my abs are better then 7 months ago. Obviously I lost some muscle including some abs in those 7 months but I also lost some (bulking)fat, thats why my abs are more visible than before. btw. all my pics are before I had that 7month brake.
