What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I think I like the most are: alternate dumbell biceps curls, hammer curls, barbell curls and preacher curls. All work well for me. Start with light weights with more reps or until failure.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Skull crusher. The best you feel tightness. Try with light weights and high reps. It does work for me. I love it so much I start to do it at least twice a week.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Standing calves raises work well for if you can handle heavy weights. I like this exercise 100%. You should try this out.

Hey man, I've never really done much if any direct ab work. Though doing mostly compound movements and some olympic lifting my abs did get hit. I haven't trained(and eaten like I am training) at all in 7 months and my abs are better then 7 months ago. Obviously I lost some muscle including some abs in those 7 months but I also lost some (bulking)fat, thats why my abs are more visible than before. btw. all my pics are before I had that 7month brake.

Thanks for add commemt I try hard to 20sets ....per one hour and I exercises 5-6 times in Week I'm korean. so I awkward speaking in english. sorry~
