Komadori

"I've gone from 295 to 255(ish) since last February. Now it's time to step it up a notch. My goal is to lose 30 lbs by the end of the year."

Hey, atray! :) I have been through the washer a bit... I finally healed up my shoulder injury, and then RL took me away for awhile. I signed up for gym last week, and last Friday, my ankle got busted up when I fell down the stairs! Bah! Well, I will figure something out. I hope you have been faring well with your workouts! :) Take care. xx

I've missed talking with you, too! And the others! I got caught up in RL biz-niz and never got back to the gym! :( I -finally- renewed with the gym last week, and busted my ankle the next day. >.< I'll figure it out, though... Thanks!

Hey! Thank you! Hmm, trying to be optimistic. Could be better, but could certainly be worse, so it's alright. ^^; I made two pies for Thanksgiving, and yes, they are long gone! How are you?

Oh! There is a wonderful 'true-Mex' restaurant in DFW area... can't remember where it is, but it's called La Joya. Excellent food, service, and ambiance. We went there for Christmas last year, while visiting relatives. :) (I will always love food, but for now, I consider it nutrients and fuel. *sigh* :) Helps me eat correctly. ;) )

That's awesome! :) I went to Garland HS, then Mansfield HS... Also went to UTA for some of my college, yeaaars ago. LMAO :) Hee, small world. :) Your sister has good taste. ~.~

Awesome: re, DVDs. And goodness. Jealous of me? LOL Well, I'll just blush. Thank you! I use the Goddess Workout with Dolphina. Still on the beginner's DVD, though. Got all of them, so eventually.... :) I was wondering, do you know all the muscles used with the belly roll? I figured the upper and lower abs, but I really don't know. I'm thinking about having it as part of my workout on quads/abs day.

I know. Dancing of most sorts is just such a wonderful full body workout. I always had a love for belly dancing, even if I didn't know the moves. When I was a little girl, I'd flip pennies on my belly (after seeing a belly dancer flip quarters on hers). I can still roll my abs, even under the layers of fat. LOL
