I want to lose some fat to become more toned and symetrical.
Goal (Long):
Suffering from a health problem for the past three years, my fitness program has been lagging. Now that I am healthy again I want to achieve my goal of being in the best shape, and most healthy I can be.

I'm not really familiar with your background, workout intensity and build but I was working on a female with a similar build so I changed a few things around and sent you a version similar to hers. I want to change the 3 day split to 4 or 5. Can you get to the gym that much?

hey you...hows the workouts going?? i just got back from the gym..i was way tired...i had a softball game tonight and it wore me out...its pretty sad how slow pitch softball gets you tired...but at least we won...hit me back...italianogman
