Hi Leah; Funny thing, but I learned hockey in Southern California. I'm an L.A. Kings fan. Then my weightlifting really helped me in the sport during my latter teens. Regards, Scott

I'm not really familiar with your background, workout intensity and build but I was working on a female with a similar build so I changed a few things around and sent you a version similar to hers. I want to change the 3 day split to 4 or 5. Can you get to the gym that much?

hey you...hows the workouts going?? i just got back from the gym..i was way tired...i had a softball game tonight and it wore me out...its pretty sad how slow pitch softball gets you tired...but at least we won...hit me back...italianogman
