How I Started:
My Husband is a BodyBuilder and I see some major changesin him. So he encourage me to do a competition with him. I'm not doing this for him, first of all. I'm really doing this for myself cause I really want to be in the best shape I can be and I know that I'll have fun trainning and doing every competition I can.
Why I Love It:
I wasn't really into BodyBuilding. At first I thought it was gross to see men and women do whatever it takes to be big. I'm really not up for that. I wanted to do maybe figure, but from my hubby and some friends are telling me that I should do BodyBuilding, but who knows, we will have to see how my progress will be doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and my kids are the ones that get me going. They are my Life... Love you all...
BB Accomplishments:
To be in a good shape. I don't want to be big, but I would love to have muscle and to so all the defintion on my body.

OMG!!! This lady right here has the body no doubt and she is beautiful. I would love to transform my body like hers. She works really hard, stays postive, and so dedicated. She has the muscles and the curves and yet she still remains extremely sexy. As you can see women can be really buff and still have a feminine physique. This lady right here is an inspirational to many women out there who wanna stay fit. She loves want she does and works really hard for it. She has the most greatest body I've ever seen. I would love to have a body like that. Everytime I look at this picture of her she makes me stay positive and so motivated to train hard for getting into shape and also for my competition. :) Well I am going to have to follow your strong will. Its the damn sweets that are getting me. But crazy thing is that before I even started to get into shape and eating healthy, I have never EVER had a sweet tooth. Why now?? lol I just want to know WHY!!! hahah lol

Thank you, i need to realy buckle down with my eating habbits again though. I realy do. I have let it go when the weekend comes, and in three days I have messed up my diet and I only gained the feeling of being sick :/
