snp1686 Thanks, appreciated. I'm taking in around 1800 calories per day which is a 500-600 deficit. High protein and medium fats/carbs. No cardio so far though I may start running if I can't lose these last 5 lbs soon enough Mar 3, 2011 6:14pm
