Reason: Lance is the epitomy of a great bodybuilder. he stays focused, lives and breathes the sport. And he isn't afraid of intensely hard lifting. He has improved dramatically during each "off season". He will be a natural pro this year IMO.

Reason: Nate impressed me when I first saw him training, always using strict form even though he was just 19 at the time. Today he continues to kick my ass as a training partner. His natural genetics and hard work are gonna take him far in this sport!
