Seeing other guys hitting it hard in the gym!

Eating big and training hard to GROW! Plan to bulk until May, then cut for the OCB Indiana in September. Want to come in bigger and in my best conditioining yet.
Nate impressed me when I first saw him training, always using strict form even though he was just 19 at the time. Today he continues to kick my ass as a training partner. His natural genetics and hard work are gonna take him far in this sport!
Lance is the epitomy of a great bodybuilder. he stays focused, lives and breathes the sport. And he isn't afraid of intensely hard lifting. He has improved dramatically during each "off season". He will be a natural pro this year IMO.
Ken,
Whats the Prohormone talk? Is this on the down low? What are you thinking of using? Ask Jessie or Jen which one they recommend...ha ha. Anyway, I hope all is well and that you are continuing to eat and grow.
thanks!!! yyeah i had a great time!!! I was really happy with my posing...had a few glitches like head position on the quarter turns but overall i was really happy :D!!! can't wait for my next show next year!!!!! BIgger and BEtter!!!!!
I'm doing good for 14 weeks away. Protein is still high, Fat is moderate and carbs are very very low. The only way I'm getting carbs is indirectly from eggs, peanuts and maybe if I have some veggies. I'm trying to figure out the flavor of things, like with legs and cardio. My mindset is if you do them on the same day, you might not get that much of a benefit, as far as muscle growth... legs are a hard thing to grow for us talliessss
Yea, I would say so, I think I need to find another way of getting it measured though because I do not think the machine at my gym is that accurate. What do you use? Reason, why I say this is because I measured at 21 one day.. and i'm speaking weeks ago, and then it said 17 like 2 to 3 days later. I was like wow. Then I went 3 days after that and it said 20.9, 20.6, 21, 20 again.. because I kept hitting redo and I'm like this is a joke
Thanks for the advice with the rear double Bi. I will have more pics posted probably close to 12 weeks out, so that there is a difference in whats going on with my body..
LOL, I appreciate it! I wouldn't mind gettin up there in like 2 yrs, but I don't feel at this point that it would be enough time to really make the changes I need to be competitive. We'll see :)
Thanks for the ratings/compliments/encouragem ent. Yep, the next time I get up there it will be completely different: leaner and bigger. Gonna make real good use of the next 3-5 yrs before I compete again :)
sounds like a 50:40:10 ratio... Does that sounds about right.. protein, carbs, fats. Whats your philosophy on fats? Have you ever did a high fat diet and would you consider 50 grams high? Or what is high in your book?
