Well I started working out early in High School because I played Football and Baseball. Since Then I have been lifting on and off. Just within the last few months or so have I really got back into it and started taking it seriously!
Why I Love It:
I'm not doing it to compete or anything like that! I honestly have no interest in getting as huge as lets say, Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler, I'm just in it for myself. To look better, to feel better, and to live a healthier life!
How I Stay Motivated:
I've always been an athlete and a very competitive person so the motivation is there! The hard part is just fitting things into my hectic work and home schedule!

I would like to gain some lean muscle mass while dropping my body fat to around 9%.
Goal (Long):
My main goal is just to keep on lifting and stay as fit as I can! I'm doing this for myself and nobody else! I would like to bulk up a bit and add some lean muscle mass and be somewhere around 200lbs. I would like to drop my body fat below 10% and keep it there. The lifting part comes easy for me. I enjoy being in the GYM, basically its just another sport for me. The hard part is the diet, especially w/my work schedule and everything else I got going on. The other hard part is the cardio, I hate running! I've substituted cardio w/playing in a Softball and flag football league. Hiking the mountains around Phoenix. I also have a job thats pretty physical. I dont sit behind a desk or in a cubical for 8hrs a day. Hopefully this will be enough!
