I was on again off again about the whole work out idea. One month i could be at it persistantly, next not at all. Either i'd believe i had no time, no energy, or when something new came up it'd replace working out all together.
Why I Love It:
As i'm doing it it feels great. Afterwards i FEEL & believe i look great! & that's enough for me! nah. It helps me in many area's because i'm also a singer/dancer/landscaper. & none of theese are easy when your out of shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tell you the truth it gets hard...i don't have one thing that does it..you need to constantly find something new before what you have gets old...
BB Accomplishments:
not sure...the abs are sometimes there. & i've maxed 400 on the bench before. i'm not big on records tho..

let me know what ya think. going full force from here on out
Just got back in the swing of things about a week ago. Been at it hard since. How am i looking?
Time for the re-transformation to begin
So i just got back on vacation. i was in MI visiting my brother. well, i noticed when we went to his gym in the apartment complex..the only real bicep work he does is standing curls and sometimes a few concentration curls. Also it's 40 minutes dedicated to that...i was wondering how effective...
Im getting into a steady groove with my workouts and consistancy, and dieting. I have had some ups and downs over the last few months that has actually made me fall back from the progress of gaining muscle. I had actually started to lose it. But now, I am back and rolling. Best wishes.
For biceps I do heavy sets no more then 8 reps, Standing barbel curl, dumbell curls, hammer curls, preacher curls. and a few last sets of different concentration curls. For me Heavy sets work the best.
you know whats great for losing weight is sprints. Its better for you to get your heart rate higher and faster than running for a long period of time. Try 10 100 yards sprints. Run 100 yards and walk back taking your time, then do it again. 10 times. its great cardio. Thanks for the comments!
I either run or jump rope for about 15 minutes, but my main cardio is mixed martial arts. Jiujitsu, boxing or kickboxing are really good cardios. Or hitting a bag.
Hang in ther ebuddy. Don't let life kick your ass. Fight back and know that all situations, BAD and GOOD are only temporary. Just think and believe that maybe this situation didn't work for you because God is testing your will and he has even better and greater things in store for you. Have faith and plow forward. Accept the changes that are coming to you right now. BStay brave and you will see things get better soon.
Blessings :)
You have made good progress, I feel like right now I'm where your first pic was, which is progress for me, hopefully I'll be up there with you shortly. Keep up the good work.
