How I Started:
I've always been athletic and into sports. I was a competitive swimmer from second grade all the way through college. It was tough to gain muscle as a swimmer : ) I am done now and love working out.

I love the rush you get after a good workout and the pump. I enjoy looking good and living a healthy diciplined life style!

hey man thanks. in the scheme of things, i eat pretty crappy (too much fast food) I've just been lucky so far that a lot of it isnt fat. I'm sure as I progress I will have to clean things up. I usually will spend a week or so doing a "mini bulk" eating everything in sight then I'll take a break and maintain for a week...then repeat. I also take a weight gainer to help get my calories. My current goal is actually a build like yours now, so keep up the good work man.
