Overall Goal:  Unfortunately, I leaned out a little more than anticipated during the summer, and lost some size too. School Just started up again, time to hit it hard again!!

Fit Status:  lost more weight than desired this summer. time to gain it back, and then some this year.

How I Started:
Gym class sophmore year, took weights instead of PE. seeing the seniors lift compaired to me, and how they looked.. i just had to keep doing it.
Why I Love It:
seeing results!! and best of all being more confident than ever before!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
going with a friend, seeing other people at the gym and knowing i want what they have. talking to people, and of course... seeing the results of all the long hours spent in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
i got a little 6-pack now!!! and get complements, which is always nice!!
