Too much of everything at an early age have only one outcome and that is full of regrets and pains. After seeing my doctor I decided to take charge of my life and my health.

nah man duddy! don't accept the worst. Does matter how bad genetics are, it simply means you gonna have to work slightly harder. There are many gusy with excellent genetics that take it for granted and guy with very poor genetics who work hard and they kick dust in the genetically gifted guys eyes. Never take it lying down, stand up and lift! (sorry I mean crunch!). Have a GREAT day...In Christ, Gert

Ken, thanx for the add buddy. I always had good abs. Even when I had some fat on me, I could easily feel the ab underneath. So for me it was just a matter of lowering my bf% below 10% to make the abs show. So to anyone that ask me I always say "Just get that bf% down!" Hope this helps. Have a GREAT day...In Christ, Gert
