Big and fat at 260 lbs. Just got done eating a small horse at an All You Can Eat Mongolion Buffet and thought the need to bust a move.
Felt the need to puff my chest and listen to The Carpenters "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head" while I took a picture of my developing fatness.

Tell me about it, I'm getting married in February and we're talking about having kids pretty soon after that. I want to make sure that I am fit for my wife and kids and for me to. After a blood test from my doctor explaining I have slight high chloresterol and way over weight it scared me enough to do something. So here I am after over a year of diet and now a new workout program.

yeah, I hear that. Having a fast metabolism helps a ton! speaking of which, have you ever tried the 6-7 meals a day thing? It works really well, plus its a natural way to speed up your metabolism instead of thermogenics.
