Hi there. Hope things are going well. I have been taking some time off for the holidays. I had a spot of bad luck where I fell ill for about 2-3 weeks and the holidays get really wild. The plan is to start back at it on 12/26. I wonder how much I will gain by then? Oh well, I know how to loose it now so no biggie. Hope things are well for you :)

Things are just now getting back on track. I shall kindly call the last few weeks a 'bulking' session LOL. I wont say fell off the wagon... :) Things are back on track now though. 2 days of terrific work outs and good healthy eating. Hope things are going well for you too!

Glad to hear things are going well for you! Things are going pretty good. I am still having issues with getting below 200 so for now I am just calling it a bulking period. I am lifting hard and often and eating about 2200 cal a day. I have not really gained any weight, but I am no closer to my goal of 175. Oh well I shall get back on the weight loss track after a few weeks of this "bulking" break.

Hey, nice to hear from you. I am still doing the weights religiously 4-6 times a week. But my food and my cardio is still slacking big time. Its still that 200 lb mental block. I just cannot get past it. Oh well, at least I am not growing fatter, just staying the same size and increasing muscle. Hope things are going well for you.

OMG i had to share my joy!!! 310 lb on the leg press today for 15 reps. That is awsome for me. I started out at 90 lb hurting my knees to the point of limping for 2 weeks after every session. YES! Hope things are going well for you too!

Hi :). Things are going pretty good. I am taking a bit of a break. Only lifting 3-4 days a week and cardio 1 day a week. Instead of cardio 6 days a week and weights 5 days a week. I am also taking a break from eating well so often. I went from 90/10 to maybe 50/50. I plan to get back on the wagon soon, but I think I needed a break. How are things for you?

I am glad your vacation went well and that you had fun :). Things are going OK here. I can't seem to get my food intake under perfect control lately. Maybe 50/50 on the good/bad meals. But I am just calling it a bulking period :). My weight has not really changed in over 2 months, but my bodyfat has dropped 4 percent so Yay! Keep up the great work and catch you later :)

I have decided what tasks I shall do before I weigh again. I really want to weigh, it draws me so.... Anyway tasks: 18 sessions of hiits, 20 hrs of run the rack weight lifting, 3 normal push ups, and 130 lb leg extensions for 6 reps. I hope after that I shall be under 200. Wish me luck :)

Hi there. I am back. I had a bit of a freak out involving naughty foods and dozens of hours sitting on my butt watching reruns of Grey's Anatomy and ER, but I seem to be coming out of my stupor now. It all seems to be rooted in me freaking out about hitting 200 by 8/31, well I certainly sabatoged that fully! My next goal shall have 0 to do with weight. I am thinking of even staging a 3 week scale boycott! So how are things going for you? Well I hope :)

Hi there, I am finally back on track after a few weeks of messing up. I have done 1 hour of weights at least 5 times this last week and I have been eating about 70% healthy. I will in no way make 200 lb by 8/31, but I am fine with it. The goal was stressing me out so I am making a new goal. I want to make it something to do with fitness and not with weight. I shall have to think on this.

Hi there. I am not so good. I am nearing the big 200, but the closer I get the more I am freaking out in a bad way. Bad food, skipping workouts, days of laying in bed for 15 hours staring at the TV. I did this just before 220 too so I know I will snap out of it, but this is a really annoying tick I get when I am about to hit a "big" success mark. I wonder if I am the only one who reacts in this strange way.
