Been to the Doc today and discovered I have Patella Bursitis (or similar) which seriously limits cardio options.. Any ideas?

Posted in Training : Aug 22, 2011 5:10amWell, week 6 of Kris Gethins 12 week transformation and the results are really starting to show now. Along with that I have been able to get back into some light running after spending 6 months of nursing archillies tendonitis. All in all, feeling good about the whole physical well being journey.
I say journey because there are things to be learned everyday; improvements to techniques, fuelling, supplementing, environment in general. And there in-lies alot of the enjoyment in the journey.

Had an outstanding Lat and Bi's workout this morning and am pushing my failure and dropsets. What I have found tho is I find that I have my target reps in my head and as I get to with 1 or 2 reps I magically start to fail and thinking "Yeah Baby.. I'm a hard ass!!" Then my little 'internal' personal trainer pipes up and bursts my imaginary bubble... "Your not failing, your just pushing it to the count and thinking your faili
