Heard about Bodybuilding.com and was struggling with My weight loss and Abs
I knew I needed to do something. I never had a weight problem until a few years ago.I'm also at the Menopause stage so that does not help.

How I Stay Motivated:
This is why I joined so I could stay motivated thanks friends for your support
I want to lose fat in ab area and lower My Bodyfat % and shed maybe 6 pds
Goal (Long):
I'm trying to find the perfect weight for me with out losing my Chest and to have flatter abs. I'm thinking between 128-130 would be a good weight as long as I add Muscle. Not interested in being a Bodybuilder Just look Hot at 50 I would like a lower Body fat percentage but I realize mine is high because of the size of my chest..... :)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 12 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
25%

Thanks for the add & the nice comment :) If you want to lose some body fat - look at what you eat. My diet is in my blogs (March I think) It really works - You can DO IT! :)
Looking hot at age 50 is a great goal! You will gets lot of support here at this site from all of us "mature" gals. Remember to start with small goals that are realistic & before you know it, the weight will be gone!
