How I Started:
Family History, didn't want to end up with it. Also, I used to not have a weight problem as a teen so I want to avoid it at most costs. Being a woman sucks because losing weight is not easy, bu worth the workouts ;)
Why I Love It:
It gives me a boost of energy and I feel like I accomplished something. Also I feel more confident around others and in myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep telling myself to keep going and I finally get the results I want to see. Also I want to prove I have some muscle on me.
BB Accomplishments:
Not BODYBUILDING, but WORKOUT accomplishments, I gained a four pack and still have it ... have not lost it yet, also gained some biceps :)

training heavy will help you build muscle that will melt FAT. For sure though, DIET is super important, especially for a woman...

A clean diet worked for me. Cutting out processed foods, refined flours and sugars, and limiting fruit and juices.

Know about the knee stuff, I tore my acl in college. I currently lift mon, wed, fri. Circuit course on tues and thur. Run 6-8 miles on sat and sun.

Whats up Kat, I feel you on that family history thing, we all start out slim and toned, but later on down the line for some reason we put weight on, and fast, but it's cool as long as you address the problem like you're doing now, you look amazing, so keep hammering away and don't let family history slow you down ^_^ and I personally like your curves, gives you a really exotic look ^_^
