Thanks for the advice, but Iron is not the problem. I am bodybuilding, and dieting hardcore, I am taking all the proper supps. From what I can tell, its loss of carbs. and calories. I playing around a lot with trying to find what works and what doesn't so this is the reult, tiredness.
Yeah lol, that's my problem I can't get enough Protein normally so I take protein shakes and if you look closely it works more on my arms than my abs XD I need some help though. =(
