How I Started:
My dad is a body builder and the owner of The Gym, LLC. I always hung out with the big guys at his competitions. Now, these guys are some of my best friends.

How I Stay Motivated:
I have a calendar shoot coming up at the end of this summer.
I want to lose 20 lbs. by May and run a half marathon.
Goal (Long):
I love to run. Track season is soon approaching so I need to get in shape. I used to be a sprinter; however, distance running is my new-found passion. I am dedicated to conditioning myself for the 13 mile trek. This will also help me in my feat to get lean and drop the extra pounds.
Your dad owns The Gym? Bad ass! I was good friends with Adam Bisek and Pete Fitschen while in grad school. Great guys! Trained at your gym for a week to to check it out. Old school love!
Good luck with your goals. just FYI on shoulder press i would try to keep the DB parallel to the ground. You could end up like tearing a rotator cuff like me. ouch god bless ya
