Coco Cay Beach - 145.0 Shoulder - 145.0
Old picture I found back in June 2006 (before I started to workout). I was at Coco Cay beach in the Bahamas. I weighed about 144-146 lbs. At the time, I never realized how out of shape I was. I didn't feel good about myself. But I didn't start working out until 2 years later in 2008. 145.0 lbs.
After a shoulder & trap workout. I'm at the same weight as my first picture (before I worked out), but less bodyfat. 145.0 lbs

This is me after bulking up about 11 lbs. from my initial starting point (a couple months prior - 01/28/08). Front chest is flabby, fat, undefined... needs a lot of work all over. 152.0 lbs

Arms are slightly better here. Shoulders look very small in comparison to my arms. Need to build up more size in shoulders - delt areas. Need to get chest and abs more defined. 152.0 lbs

Arms are starting to tone up a little bit. But there is still a LOT of work that needs to be done. Will begin my cut phase very soon, once I reach 155.0 lbs (goal cut date - 06/01/08). 154.5 lbs

Here's a shot of my midsection, very soft and fluffy looking after several months of bulking. I think there's some slight progression?? I started cutting on 06/02/08. But so far not making the kinds of progress I had hoped for. Top 2 abs are coming in slowly. The vertical cut is slightly visible. Hoping to put this picture to shame in a couple more months of cutting. 151.0 lbs

A lot more lean compared to my April 16, 2008 pic. I've lost a lot of bodyfat since then. But I still have a lot of work to do in terms of gaining muscle size. 136.5 lbs

Comparison shot between 04/16/2008 & 09/23/2008. Need to gain more muscle to bring out more definition. Progress is slow. But some progress is better than none. 136.5 lbs
