Current weight as of this morning was 153 lbs. Let me know if I can help in anyway. I have a calorie tracker / calculator that I put together when I first started to keep track. It really helped me to put on or reduce my weight. The hardest part for me was actually eating the good foods.

Are you working with any trainers or getting specific advice from anyone here to breakthrough this new barrier?

Your recent Dec.5th pictures. Last time you were stuck at 263. So I'm glad you broke through that barrier. Now time to break through this one and kill it!

Going to hit it slowly (but hard) with small goals so I don't lose motivation. Planning to gain another 5 or so lbs. and then maintain. And hopefully lean it out at that weight eventually.

Hey man. Yeah, I kind of disappeared while getting married and honeymooning. ;) Had a nice long break. I switched gyms to be closer to home. I liked my old gym but it wasn't 24-hrs like my new gym. The only down side is now I pay $10 more per month.

I'm cycling off SizeOn for awhile. And will get back on it little by little slowly later on.

Hey bro. How are you? Glad to see you're still going at it hard. Looking good. I just switched gyms recently. So hopefully I like this gym more.

No not really. I was considering getting one at one point. But then again, I'm not going to ever compete or enter a competition. So I changed my mind.

Almost just about any gym will have a trial period for you to try out their gym. You can go into probably any gym and ask them to give you a free trail pass.

Man, flu is going around like crazy. Did you get your flu shot yet? Are you planning on switching gyms?

I'm doing well man. I was still recovering from my 2-week flu. Man that flu really got me good this year. I don't think I've ever been that sick. I haven't been really sick for about 2-3 years. Yeah, I could use a milk & cookie break, lol. :)

So obviously they have false advertising and were trying to lie to me to milk away all my money. But I admit the gym was really nice... a rock climbing wall, 4 tennis courts, 2 full sized basketball courts, 2 racketball courts, 8 lap pools, sauna, massage, etc. But I don't need all that stuff... just weights and cardio.

There is a 24-hour gym near my home. They initially was going to charge me $89 a month and tried to convince me that was how much everyone at that gym paid. I told them they were crazy and overpriced. They then later called me and said they could get me down to a $59 a month membership.

Dang man, $80-100 a month? If I'm spending that much on a gym, I better have the dedication to look like the next Mr. Olympia. I don't think I would ever spend that much on a gym. I just need their equipment... not all that excess stuff.
