How I Started:
I first started working out in 2006 with cycling and incorporating The Firms Programs with it. I had great results, but didn't stick with it.
Why I Love It:
I love the energized feeling and the sense of self improvement that comes with seeing my body change.

Goal (Long):
I will be following The Abs Diet to plan my meals. Instead of going to the gym I will be using all my home equipment. I have: An eliptical, a road bike w/ a fluid trainer, The Firms Fanny Lifter, Incline box, Sculpting Stick, The Wave. Also dumbbells ranging from 3-25lbs and other varieious equipment.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
The Abs Diet.. Its quick and easy to follow. Plus i cant cook so it hits spot on for me.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
No one, I dont like to compare myself to another, it usually sets yourself up for disappoinment when you are unable to attain it
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Turn on my mp3 player... music is so inspiring

It has been a pretty interesting morning, with absolutely nothing accomplished but planning. A girl's gotta have a plan. Right? Right!
It's no big secret that I can't cook. Seriously, never fried, baked, or roasted a thing. So I've spent the morning thumbing through The Abs Diet...

I know this seems like a lot for a beginner, but it worked in the past with great results..
But for cardio, yoga and abs this will be the sticky

I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. Exercising and a proper nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) feel and look better than we ever have.
