I am the new WPF Mr Universe and Overall WPF World Bodybuilding Champion. My short term goal is to really work hard during the off season to better my weaknesses. I will be keen to show the judges the big improvements that I have made.
Rome was not built in a day and neither were six packs!! The elusive six pack will be mine but at a later date! Still have not given up the fight! Big changes coming around the corner for me and my body!
Happy Holidays everyone! Looking forward to bulking up a little over the winter and looking great for 2010! Maybe do a few more shoots when I return from overseas!
